This policy covers subscriptions (TaurEye Pro and TaurEye Max) and, where offered, purchases of credits.
Cancel a subscription inside its refund window and you receive a full refund of that period's payment, and the plan ends immediately. The window runs from the moment the subscription starts: 2 days for Pro and 5 days for Max.
You do this yourself, in the app: Account → Your plan → Cancel subscription. It tells you which of the two outcomes applies to you before you confirm. You do not need to email us, and there is nothing to approve at our end.
Cancel after the window and the renewal is stopped so you are not charged again, but the payment already made is not refunded. You keep the plan and everything it unlocks until the period you have paid for runs out, and then the account returns to the free tier. Part-periods are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Credits cannot be refunded once bought, in whole or in part, and they have no cash value. They are delivered to your balance immediately and can be spent at once, so a purchase of credits is final. Please be sure before you buy.
Credits are separate from a subscription. A plan does not include a lump of credits; it adds to what you can claim each day while the plan runs. Cancelling or refunding a subscription stops that daily addition and nothing more — credits you have already claimed or bought stay in your account, and we do not take them back.
If you were charged but nothing was delivered, or you were charged more than once for the same order, we refund the affected amount in full. This is not a discretionary refund and the windows above do not limit it. Contact support@taureye.com with your payment reference.
A refund is issued immediately and then takes 5–7 business days to appear in your account. That is your bank's timing rather than ours, and our payment provider will email you when the refund is on its way. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
If you believe a charge or a refund is incorrect, write to support@taureye.com with your account username and the payment reference. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer law.
