These Terms of Service govern your use of TaurEye (the “Service”), operated by TaurEye. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is intended for users in India.
TaurEye is an information and education tool. It is not investment advice and TaurEye is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. See the Disclaimer for full details. All investment decisions are your own.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting data, reverse-engineering, reselling or redistributing the data bundle, attempting to bypass credit charges or access controls, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Certain premium features (e.g. AI analysis and reports) consume credits. Credits are a closed-loop, in-app convenience only: they have no monetary value, are not a deposit or prepaid payment instrument, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Purchased credit packs are priced inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST) as shown at checkout. Free/promotional credits may expire or be varied at our discretion. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details. Your use of those gateways is subject to their own terms.
The Service, its software, design and compiled data outputs are owned by TaurEye and protected by applicable laws. Underlying market data remains the property of the relevant exchanges and data providers.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaurEye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
